SCEPTRE NEWS, 2012

Sceptre is currently out of the water at Fairlie Quay Marina in Ayrshire for her winter refit.

In May we expect to bring Sceptre down to the south coast for the summer, where we plan to take part in the 2012 Brewin Dolphin 12 Metre World Championships and British Tour, with yachts coming over from the Baltic, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and the USA.  See 12M World Tour . 

From 2011:

An excellent article was published in August 2011 in Classic Boat magazine, entitled "Buy into an America's Cup legend".  It was written by journalist Nigel Sharp, who joined the Sceptre crew on the delivery trip from Fleetwood to Oban earlier this year.  He said "The last day of the voyage was one of the sails of my life...",  and we hope that many others will be able to share the experience in the future.
